Animal Rights

Animal Rights?  Does it really matter what we do to animals?  Do animals have emotions and a sense of pain?  Well, YES - YES - and YES.  Animals are our predecessors and an intricate part of our Ecological System.  Not protecting animals rights is the same as murdering our neighbors.  Vegetarians don't believe in eating meat, especially red meat.  This is not always because of the way meat tastes.  In fact most vegetarians do not eat meat because of the animals are slaughtered.  You meat eaters don't understand the way these animals are treated.  Even chickens laying eggs are extremely mistreated.  I hope to change your mind on hunting, eating meat, and the experimental testing of products on animals with the images and text below.

Please be responsible and look at this consumer report on which companies test their
products on animals.

These chickens are being used for their eggs.  As you can see they cannot even
spread their wings.  Slightly less visible is the fact that most of these
chickens are actually debeaked.  This is where these chickens
spend their lives, their whole lives!!

This is a picture of some leftovers at a bushmeat meal.  As you might
be able to see bushmeat is Gorilla meat.  This is in Cambodia
where it is legal to do such things.  This gorilla was brutally
killed in cold blood.  The reason is not that this country
doesn't have a cattle industry, they just enjoy the meat.
Take a long hard look at this picture (if you can stomach it)
and ask yourself why would people do this.  Is this any different than
our merciless murdering of American cattle.

This coyote is trapped in a leg trap.  If the animal doesn't die from the wound
it is killed by fellow predators or even scavengers since it has no way to
fend for itself.  As you can see this domestic dog, who would usually never
go near this animal, is now a threat to the coyote.  Sometimes these traps
are meant for other animals and sometimes they aren't.  This
picture hopefully will make you think the next time you
set a trap for anything even a raccoon or other slightly
larger than mice pest.

This is refers to my most prominent subject in animal rights.  This refers not to whaling for sport but for supposed
needed killings for the fishing industry.  Here you see Pilot whales being slaughtered because they
"too up too much space for the fish".  Why can't we just learn that nature always works things
out as long as we humans just leave it alone.  These whales are being dragged to shore with sharp knives
sometimes digging the blow hole but always with deep sharp cuts to the flesh
which is unfortunately not always immediately fatal so the whale is stabbed and stabbed
again until it's death.

Finally is a picture of a butcher smeared with blood.  This does not need
much explanation.  It is simply to show the cold heartedness of our
race against our most precious resource. I like to call this picture
"The Devil's Advocate"
