(It was our first book) Great color photographs and descriptions of 500+ freshwater fish and plants, which includes information on care, the conditions of the natural habitats the fish originate from, feeding, breeding, and a lot more. Includes discussions of diseases and parasites, general aquarium setup and maintenance, layout tips etc. If you are going to be stranded on a desert isle and can take only one aquarium book, it should be one of the books in this excellent series. |
