Lord Tavis Willingham (human) - The offical representative of the Kingdom of Glendagild in the area. He is the youngest son of a noble house. He doesn't actually participate in any local issues, his main duty appears to be to make sure that Glendagild is not pulled into any conflicts by the actions of "simple farmers". He collects some minor taxes to maintain his household and the small garrison under him.

Priestess Sweetbread (halfling) - Priestess of Yondalla, she runs the local church as well as teaches the local children of all races their letters and numbers. She has two junior halfling priestesses under her authority, Sister Wineberry and Sister Hardbottle.

Brother David (human) - Priest of Pelor, he runs a small shrine and sells tomatoes that he grows.

Pastor Bolgar (dwarf) - current priest of Fharlanghn, he runs a shrine as well as maintains a well for visitors.

Constable Pickleton (halfling) - local authority responsible for maintainiing the peace in the area. He has four deputies under him. His deputies and some of Willingham's soldiers have gotten into conflicts at the local tavern.

Council of Elders - a five person council of local elders that decide most local issues, including deciding trials, collecting local taxes, etc. The council is made up of Ben Worthole (halfling, retired farmer), Sue Brownburtle (halfling, retired seamstress), Hank Michaelson (human, retired blacksmith), Jennifer Wester (human, retired potter), and Garv Mugsmasher (half-orc, current tavern owner).

Speaks with Birds (lizardfolk) - local priestess of Ehlonna, she has no temple proper, but has 5 lesser clergy that follower her and they occasionally meet in the woods on the bank of the Weirding Way.

Medicine-Man Vassile (human) - local priest of Obad-Hai, he has a temple build around several large trees, just outside of the village. He has eight other priests under him. Though the church of Obad-Hai does not participate regularly with the locals, they do provide services to local farmers with the care of livestock and plants.
