We include the truth that we can document
and the facts in response. This
information is seperate from the main site
that is meant to show who we are and
provide some details to answer your
questions. In general the false
information is spread by individuals
formerly associated with ths Church, some
who have been Deposed and Anathematized by
the North American Holy Synod [sm] and
some Old Catholics they have associated
with.
The contents of the pages linked below may
appear to be defensive and may not be what
you are looking for. These pages are here
to provide our response to the lies and
Defamination being spread. We can only
apologize and again ask you not to view
these pages if your not interested in the
details about the lies of those who falsely
claim to be us or those who associate with
those wannabees. Their lies will be proven
when the time comes and it will be shown
the Metropolitan of this Church was never
in any group called the OCCNA. What wil
come to light is the truth that these liars
have made claims to counter their names
appearing on a website showing they were
excommunicated by the synod and that they
were in fact associated with this Church
and walked away leaving all authority and
jurisdiction in favor of starting their own
old catholic church and then stealing our
name and history. Please

All the lies and false information put out
by these old catholics who want to be this
Church or think their "orthodox" lines they
claim are valid are deceiving themselves
and others. Traditional Orthodox will not
recognize these individuals since they are
not orthodox, do not meet the requirements
of the Canons and in many cases have
excommuncated individuals, sub-conditional
and multiple consecrations in their lines.
Also many of these so called bishops were
never orthodox to begin with and do not
meet minimal requirements for any training
in Orthodoxy.
Also the claim that some home started
group who were formerly associated with
this Church is not Orthodox. They did not
act in accordance with the Canons, they
left our Church and started their own and
then claim they had authority to issue a
decree against one man who they had
nominated and voted for when they were in
this Church but they did not (claim to)
excommunicate the North American Holy Synod
[sm] who all signed their ballots on the
vote to issue the decree to depose and
anathematize and those documents remain in
the Church files as does the letter of
resignation (certified mail) sent to us.
The Synod acted according to the Canons and
the Metropolitan acted as required by the
Constitution of this Church (developed by
Archbishop Aftimios) and he approved and
signed the act of the Synod. These four
individuals were duly deposed and
anathematized by the full synod as the
Canons require for their actions against
this Church and Metropolitan. The
committed other acts that the synod decided
to pass over since the Canons directed this
punishment and anything else would not have
mattered.
These men are not Orthodox Christian clergy, they
are just people out to gain their fame
anyway they can. They feel if they
discredit us with their lies they will be
believed and be able to claim they are us
using a different name. They cannot be us -
only copycats playing church. We have a
complete file on their claim. Example:
Their line of Primates all come from
different named churches. They just take
all these long dead bishops in the lines
thay claim and claim this one and that one
was a primate but all the old Churches had
different names. Dewittow and Plummer used
one name, Propheta another, Nichols
another, and so forth.
