Merry Meet!! A little about myself. I have moved around a bit, but I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Alabama (where I currently reside).
Pagans in Alabama? You bet, more than you might think. True, Alabama does not have the best rep in the world, but its not that bad, and it is one of the most beautiful states. I digress.
Besides paganism, I enjoy martial arts, which I have been studying for most of my life. I hold belts in Tae Kwon Do, Akayama Ryu Jujitsu, and know a little muy thai kickboxing.
I collect knives of all sorts. They are one of the oldest weapons, and beautiful in form. Might seem like a strange hobby, but its all relative. Many think that people in the SCA(society for creative anachronisms) are strange, but if you ever go to one of their fairs, its lovely.
I also play a variety of RPGs(Role Playing Games). I have noticed that quite a few wiccans/pagans do. These include but are not limited to: Cyberpunk 2020, Vampire: the masquerade, D&D, and Call of Cthulu. Not to mention video RPGs such as Final Fantasy.
I have been a pagan for about four years, and I have never felt more at peace with myself. I meet regularly with a group to talk and study. The internet is truly a blessing for solitary wiccans/pagans, there is so much information out there now. I just want to help educate my fellow human beings about this peaceful religion. As well as provide information to solitaries out there.
