WOW! What Fun!!!

After a l o n g, L O N G ride, (we left Glen Burnie at about 5:30 pm on a Friday and arived at Fort Wilderness in Disney World at about 11:30 am on Saturday) we got our camp set up and did a little touring of the facilities at the camp ground. We were in the site right beside Sue's sister and her family.

Here we are on the first day in the parks. We took the boat from Fort Wilderness right to the Magic Kingdom. Can you recognize everybody?

One evening we went to a buffet where many of the Disney characters came around to the tables and interacted with the kids. They all had a ball meeting them.

Here they are posing with Chef Mickey. Look at that grin on Timmy's face. Can you tell they are excited or what.

Erin felt that no trip to WDW would be complete without seeing Minnie. She had been wearing Minnie shoes, Minnie shirts, Minnie panties, for weeks before going to Florida. She was so excited to actually see Minnie that she somehow became very shy (wonder of wonders).

This picture was taken right behind our camp sites. Steve and I had rented canoes and taken the boys out paddling. It really was very pretty. The water wasn't so much. You can see how thick the algea is.

"Hey, are you going to keep that thumb to yourself, or can I have a lick?"

There was a petting zoo in the Fort Wilderness camp ground. I think the kids finally got there the last day we were in WDW. While Don and I packed up camp, Sue and Marian took them down. There is just so much to see...

I'll finish the commentary for the rest of the pics soon. Please be patient.
We loved it.
