It is all clear I think. Some words should be said about the rare ones:
Very small yet multifunctional HTML editor. I used its ver.3 for more than a year - and had good results. Now ver.4 is released with the new name AceHTML Pro - along with the special AceHTML Free version. Highliting, spellchecking of both text and HTML code, a huge number of templates, galleries, tutorials etc... Very impressive. Try it. Together with the link to the Visicim Média site (above), where you can find the last version No.4, I place here the link for my own distributive of the ver.3.02f (2,93 Mb) AceExpert. Ask me for a little clue (2,74 kb) to help it to work properly.

Also small yet very functional GIF-format files constructor. Free license. A good choice for those for whom Photoshop loads toolong...

A beautiful download manager made by Russian professionals. 3 languages interface - Russian, English and German. Keenly suitable for the extreme connection conditions... lol. Really - it works great and the last versions can even more than that one I used... The situation is the same - on the home site (link above) you can find the last version together with the special free edition (which made me suck after 4 days of using... dunno why they made such a stipid joke) and full info - with the japanese page too (!!!). And here is the link to my old ABSOLUTELY FREE version 1.3 Special Edition (927 kb). No limits, no problems. Go on.
