Malaysia is situated just a little North of the equator. Malaysia ranges from 1 degrees North to 7 degrees North and 100 degrees East to 120 degrees East.
Malaysia consists of 13 states. They are - Perlis, Kedah, Penang, Perak, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Johor, Pahang, Terrenganu, Kelantan, Sarawak and Sabah. Each state has its own tourist attraction.
Malaysia is a tropical country with beautiful beaches at Langkawi Island, Penang Island and Pangkor Island and it is suitable for tourist who stays in the colder places because here they can get warmth and heat especially on the beaches. Usually, there are quite a number of hotels near the beahces for tourists' convinience.
This country's geographical location is save from most of the nature's fury like vocalno, whirlwind, typhoon, whirlpool and hurricane. Consequently, this country's location is considered very strategic and many tourists (for visiting) and foreign businessman (for doing business) come to Malaysia.
Malaysia consist of people with different races like Malay, Chinese, Indian, Punjab, and Eurasian. Of course that is not all. There are more. You may conclude that Malaysia is a multi-racial country. From the idea of different races, you may come across ideas like:
1.this country is a multi-religion country.(Christianity, Muslim, Buddhist, Sikh, and Hindu)
2.this country is a multi -lingual country. (English, Chinese, Malay etc.)
3.there are lots of festivals here. (Chinese New Year, 'Hari Raya', Christmas, Deepavali etc.)
Some people may ask this question,"Is there any racial war in Malaysia?" The answer is no. a few decades ago, you may say yes but now, this country is in peace and the people in Malaysia respect each other race and religion. By the way, different races did not refrain them from being cooperative. So, what do you think about this country? Good?
This country is stable economically and politically. I won't say that the country is perfect economically and politically. Of course there may be some small problems in the economic and politic but it is very seldom. It only happens once in a blue moon.
Tourist most favourite place in Malaysia - Cameron Highlands, Genting Highlands, Langkawi Island, Penang Island, Pangkor Island, and Melaka (the hisotrical country). These places are suitable for tourist who really love to expand their knowledge in the world like, they can learn the history of Malaysia. Isn't that interesting?
