Helpful Hints for Parents

Here are some helpful hints to make a great start to the year!

1. School begins at approximately 8:35. Children should arrive between 8:05 and 8:25.
2. Please allow your child to walk to his/her classroom alone. This helps your child become independent.
3. Kindergarteners must wear a bus tag daily for the first two weeks of school. Please help your child learn his/her bus number.
4. If your child is riding a different bus home, we must have a note stating this signed by the parent or gaurdian.
5. Please send any money in an envelope with your child's name on the front.
6. Label all supplies with your child's name.
7. There will be no breakfast served the first week of school.
8. Encourage your child to talk about his/her day and take time to look at your child's work. Also, please return forms promptly.
9. Allow time for your child to adjust to school routines.
