THE QUESTION IS, ARE THE ELECT OF GOD, CHRISTIANS, TO SHAPE THEIR LIVES BY THE LAW THAT GOD GAVE TO MOSES? SOME THINGS WERE RECORDED IN THE OLD TESTAMENT FOR OUR ADMONITION. SOME THINGS WERE RECORDED THAT WE MIGHT KNOW THE HISTORY OF MANKIND. BUT, THERE ARE MULTITUDES OF MEN PREACHING FROM THE OLD TESTAMENT FOR GAIN. SOME DO IT IN IGNORANCE, SOME DO IT BECAUSE THEIR GOD IS THEIR BELLY.

Phil:3:18: (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ:

Phil:3:19: Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)

Phil:3:20: For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:

LET ME GIVE YOU AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT. THERE ARE MULTITUDES OF MEN PREACHING TITHING. THERE IS NOT ONE VERSE OF SCRIPTURE IN THE OLD TESTAMENT OR THE NEW TESTAMENT THAT SAYS THAT CHRISTIANS ARE TO TITHE, GIVING TEN PER CENT OF THEIR INCREASE TO THE CHURCH. THE TITHE WAS A TAX THAT WAS PLACED UPON THE TRIBES OF ISRAEL AS A TAX TO SUPPORT THE LEVITICAL TRIBE. GOD ALMIGHTY SPOKE THESE WORDS. NOTICE HOW PLAINLY GOD SPEAKS WHEN HE WANTS SOMETHING DONE. GOD IS SPEAKING TO AARON, AND HE SAYS,

Nm:18:26: Thus speak unto the Levites, and say unto them, When ye take of the children of Israel the tithes which I have given you from them for your inheritance, then ye shall offer up an heave offering of it for the Lord, even a tenth part of the tithe. (KJV)

LAW IS DIFFERENT FROM GRACE, BECAUSE LAW MUST BE KEPT TO THE LETTER. FOR EXAMPLE IF A MAN DRIVES THROUGH A SPEED ZONE OF 15 MILES PER HOUR, AT A SPEED OF 16 MILES PER HOUR, HE HAS BROKEN THE LAW, AND IS SUBJECT TO PUNISHMENT. UNDER THE LAW OF MOSES' FIRST COMES TEMPTATION, IF A PERSON YIELDS THEN COMES TRANSGRESSION, THEN COMES THE CURSE, AND THEN COMES CONDEMNATION.

IF A PERSON WAS ONE PENNY SHORT, OR ONE EAR OF CORN SHORT OR ONE SHEEP SHORT, HE HAD BROKEN THE TITHING LAW THEN CAME THE CURSE. NOTICE THIS SAINTS OF GOD, ALL ISRAEL WENT UNDER THE CURSE BECAUSE OF THE TITHING LAWS.

Mal:3:8: Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings.

Mal:3:9: Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation.

I BELIEVE THAT PREACHING TITHING IS A TRICK OF THE DEVIL THAT WILL CAUSE MANY MINISTERS TO BE DESTROYED. BECAUSE YOU CANNOT PREACH ONE WAY, AND LIVE ANOTHER. A MAN IS REQUIRED BY THE LAW OF THE SPIRIT OF LIFE, WHICH IS IN CHRIST JESUS, TO PRACTICE WHAT HE PREACHES.

Rom:2:21: Thou therefore which teachest another, teachest thou not thyself? thou that preachest a man should not steal, dost thou steal?

Rom:2:22: Thou that sayest a man should not commit adultery, dost thou commit adultery? thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou commit sacrilege?

Rom:2:23: Thou that makest thy boast of the law, through breaking the law dishonourest thou God?

Rom:2:24: For the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles through you, as it is written.

RIGHTEOUSNESS BY THE LAW OF MOSES' WAS UNTIL JOHN THE BAPTIST CAME PREACHING IN THE WILDERNESS. SINCE THAT TIME THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS PREACHED, AND MEN ARE PRESSED INTO IT.

Lk:16:16: The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it.

WHEN A PERSON IS BORN INTO THE WORLD, THEY ARE UNDER THE LAW OF MOSES. FOR THE LAW OF MOSES' IS IN THE WORLD THIS VERY DAY. AND BY THAT LAW NO FLESH SHALL BE JUSTIFIED. WHEN A PERSON IS BAPTIZED OUT OF THE WORLD, AND INTO THE BODY OF CHRIST HE IS NO LONGER UNDER THE LAW OF MOSES, BUT UNDER GRACE. THE ONLY WAY TO GET OUT FROM UNDER THE LAW THAT GOD GIVE TO MOSES' IS TO DIE TO SIN. AND WHEN WE DIE TO SIN THE LAW HAS NO MORE DOMINION OVER US. AND WE DIE TO SIN WHEN WE ARE BAPTIZED IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST.

Rom:6:1: What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?

Rom:6:2: God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?

Rom:6:3: Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?

Rom:6:4: Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

Rom:6:5: For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: Rom:6:6: Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

Rom:6:7: For he that is dead is freed from sin.

Rom:6:8: Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:

Rom:6:9: Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him. Rom:6:10: For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.

Rom:6:11: Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Rom:6:12: Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.

Rom:6:13: Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.

Rom:6:14: For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

THE LAW OF MOSES' IS IN THE WORLD, BUT WE THAT HAVE BEEN BAPTIZED IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST, ARE NOT IN THE WORLD BUT IN THE BODY OF CHRIST. IN THE BODY OF CHRIST IS A DIFFERENT SYSTEM OF LAW, KNOWN AS THE LAW OF THE SPIRIT OF LIFE, AND BY THAT LAW YOU WILL NEVER COME INTO CONDEMNATION AS LONG AS YOU ABSTAIN FROM THE WORKS OF THE FLESH.

Rom:8:1: There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Rom:8:2: For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

Rom:8:3: For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

Rom:8:4: That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

CHILDREN OF LIGHT, IF A MAN PREACHES THAT MEN SHOULD NOT WORK ON THE SABBATH DAY, AND BUILDS AGAIN THE SABBATH DAY LAWS HE WILL MAKE HIMSELF A TRANSGRESSOR. IF A MAN PREACHES THAT MEN SHOULD NOT EAT PORK OR CATFISH, OR ANY OF THE PREVIOUSLY UNCLEAN THINGS, AND BUILDS AGAIN THE DIETARY LAWS AS THEY WERE UNDER THE LAW THAT GOD GAVE TO MOSES, HE WILL MAKE HIMSELF A TRANSGRESSOR. IF A MAN PREACHES TITHING, AND BUILDS AGAIN THE TITHING LAWS AS THEY WERE DURING THE DAYS OF MOSES. HE WILL MAKE HIMSELF A TRANSGRESSOR.

Gal:2:18: For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor.

Gal:2:19: For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God.

Gal:2:20: I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Gal:2:21: I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. (KJV)

IF A MAN PREACHES WRONGLY FROM THE OLD TESTAMENT, HE WILL HAVE GOD'S CHILDREN OFFERING UP SACRIFICES UNTO GOD, FOR GOD COMMANDED THE PEOPLE TO OFFER UP SACRIFICES UNTO GOD UNDER THE OLD COVENANT. BUT CHRIST JESUS WITH ONE SACRIFICE, HAS PERFECTED FOR EVER THEM THAT ARE SANCTIFIED. THERE NEVER NEED BE ANOTHER SACRIFICE OFFERED UP FOR GOD'S CHILDREN.

Heb:10:11: And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:

Heb:10:12: But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;

Heb:10:13: From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.

Heb:10:14: For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.

SAINTS OF GOD IF A MAN PREACHES WRONGLY FROM THE OLD TESTAMENT HE WILL HAVE MEN KILLING PEOPLE THAT WORK ON THE SABBATH, STONING WITCHES TO DEATH, STONING ADULTERERS TO DEATH, STONING STUBBORN CHILDREN. CIRCUMCISING THEMSELVES, AND THEIR CHILDREN. WHICH WE AS SAINTS OF GOD ARE NOT TO DO. IF A MAN AFTER HE HAS RECEIVED THE HOLY GHOST, CIRCUMCISES HIMSELF WITH THE INTENT TO KEEP THE LAW OF MOSES' CHRIST WILL PROFIT HIM NOTHING.

Gal:5:1: Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.

Gal:5:2: Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing.

Gal:5:3: For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.

Gal:5:4: Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.

Gal:5:5: For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith.

Gal:5:6: For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.

BELOVED OF GOD, IF YOU ARE A NEW CONVERT TO THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION YOU MAY WONDER WHY GOD RECORDED THE OLD TESTAMENT. SOME OF THE THINGS RECORDED IN THE OLD TESTAMENT WERE RECORDED FOR OUR ADMONITION. FOR EXAMPLE IF YOU KNOW THAT GOD DESTROYED TWENTY THREE THOUSAND PEOPLE IN ONE DAY BECAUSE OF ADULTERY, YOU KNOW THAT YOU SHOULD ABSTAIN FROM ADULTERY. THE OLD TESTAMENT WAS ALSO OUR SCHOOL MASTER TO BRING US TO CHRIST. BUT SINCE CHRIST JESUS HAS COME WE ARE NO LONGER UNDER A SCHOOL MASTER.

Gal:3:21: Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law.

Gal:3:22: But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.

Gal:3:23: But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.

Gal:3:24: Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.

Gal:3:25: But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.

Gal:3:26: For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

THE OLD TESTAMENT WAS RECORDED THAT WE MIGHT HAVE THE HISTORY OF CREATION. THAT WE MIGHT HAVE THE GENEALOGY OF MAN. IT WAS ALSO RECORDED THAT WE MIGHT KNOW OF PROPHECIES THAT CHRIST JESUS FULFILLED. LISTEN AS I READ THE PROPHECY OF ISAIAH CONCERNING THE LORD JESUS.

Is:53:1: Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed?

Is:53:2: For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.

Is:53:3: He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

Is:53:4: Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

Is:53:5: But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Is:53:6: All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

SAINTS OF GOD, CAN MEN, WOMEN, AND CHILDREN, BE SAVED BY KEEPING THE LAW OF MOSES'? IF MEN, WOMEN, AND CHILDREN COULD HAVE BEEN SAVED BY KEEPING THE LAW OF MOSES' THEN CHRIST JESUS IS DEAD IN VAIN. BY THE LAW NO FLESH SHALL BE JUSTIFIED. THE LAW OF MOSES' IS KNOWN AS THE LAW OF SIN, AND DEATH. BY THAT LAW NO FLESH SHALL BE JUSTIFIED, OR ACQUITED OF SIN.

Rom:3:20: Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

Rom:3:21: But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;

Rom:3:22: Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:

Rom:3:23: For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

Rom:3:24: Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

Rom:3:25: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

Rom:3:26: To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

WHO ARE THE TRUE CHILDREN OF GOD? THOSE PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN PREDESTINATED FROM THE FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD TO BE ADOPTED INTO THE FAMILY OF GOD, THOSE THAT ARE CALLED TO REPENTANCE, JUSTIFIED, GLORIFIED, TRANSLATED OUT OF THE WORLD, AND INTO THE BODY OF CHRIST. THAT HAVE RECEIVED THE WASHING OF REGENERATION, AND THE RENEWING OF THE HOLY GHOST. WHEN A PERSON RECEIVES THE HOLY GHOST, THE INWARD MAN THE SOUL COMES TO LIFE, AND THAT IS THE PART OF MAN THAT SHALL LIVE IN ETERNITY. FOR THE INWARD MAN THE SOUL IS RENEWED DAY BY DAY.

2Cor:4:16: For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. (KJV)
