Indian Whiskies

Indian whisky is traditionally distilled from sugarcane and malt, although of late it is also distilled from grain. It is distilled in a pot still for malt or a continuous still for lighter whiskies, and aged in charred oak before blending and maturing. Scotch malt whisky is used in the good blends.

Antiquity is considered by connoisseurs to be the finest of all Indian whiskies. It is a blend of the choicest Indian malt whiskies and very old Scotch, carefully married and aged for a subtle and light-bodied flavour. Colour- Golden Brown with an amber tinge.
