Head On The Door
October 1985
This is the first pamphlet, with a very good quality of paper, issued here and, by the way, very
nice... On the front, it features the album cover artwork and on the reverse side it features the
tracks and a kind of history about The Cure characteristics (no much convicing, once nobody
knows much about the group at the time). Such as Concert, The Head On The Door also has
gotten a great success in Brazil reaching good sales and being the most important to São Paulo
‘rock scene’ bands in 1985.

Standing On The Beach
July 1986
On the front, this pamphlets give, abbreviatedly, an account of The Cure carrer and a mention
that the PolyGram intend to release all the early records in Brazil (but it doesn't happen!). On
the reverse side, it shows the tracks that are on the album and cassette. Unexpectly, all the
bonus tracks were also issued on the brazilian cassette version.

The Top
March 1987
With a excellent quality of paper, this pamphlet features the album sleeve artwork on the front
and on the reverse side two pictures and details of the album artwork. It also talks briefly about
The Cure early releases, the success in Brazil, the forthcoming release of the album The Top,
with some comments about the tracks, and the tour dates in Brazil. The Top were just issued in
Brazil at 1987!

Kiss Me
This nice pamphlet, with good quality of paper, doesn't has the date of the printing (I suppose to
be May 1987). On the front it talks about The Cure history and on the reverse side a good album
review. Note that this pamphlet has the same Why Can't I Be You? (12”promo) artwork.
Certainly, 1987 has been the last year of good sales in Brazil. After 1987, The Cure was not in
the spotlight anymore over here and this fact will reflect on the next releases and pamphlets.

Disintegration
June 1989
At 1988, with the absence on all brazilian press and radio stations, The Cure was, in some ways
of view, ‘forgotten’ in the public memory... Consequently, Disintegration has not gotten a good
reputation on the brazilian musical market (once nobody spreaded it!).
This pamphlet, altough doesn't featuring a good quality of paper and printing, has sincere and
relevant comments about The Cure characteristics...

Wish
May 1992
Even if reaching good sales at the time, Wish doesn't had a good pamphlet to spread itself. This
features the most boring album review I have ever seen! Also, the quality of the paper is not
good.

Show
November 1993
This pamphlet has the same album artwork and a affectioned review. Curiously, this is the first
one to features the names: Fiction and Polydor. Once again, the quality of paper is not good.

Wild Mood Swings
July 1996
This is a nice pamphlet (and the quality is better this time). On the front, it features a album
review and on the reverse side a brief history about The Cure and the Wild Mood Swings cover.
