What did appear first - does The Cure or Robert Smith?
The fact is that, in the same way that Pink Floyd was Roger Waters's main vehicle, just as Dire Straits is Mark Knopfler, Cure is the Robert Smith band, a dear fat wanting to be schizophrenic, writer and singer.
Equal most of the people, I am attracted to think that Smith makes gender. But I cannot stop admiring his music. The new album - a type of Cure resurrection - shelters Beatles ("Six Different Ways"), galican guitars ("Push") and even a disco-hit ("Close To Me")!. Well, that if you feel comfortable with the babbling that Smith placed between a beat and another. Sometimes it scares. Don't take it very seriously.
