KCMS meetings and workshops are held on the third Thursday of the month at 7:30 P.M.. Located at the Mount Vernon Veterans Hall on the corner of Mount Vernon St. and Ridge Rd. in East Bakersfield, California. All visitors are welcome to general meetings and workshops. We give away door prizes at every meeting (donated by club members). The Club also serves refreshments. (cookies, cakes, coffee, and hot chocolate). Pot Luck Social at Jastro Park Every August on the third Thursday of the month the Club meets for our club's Summer Pot Luck Social at Jastro Park on the corner of Truxtun and Elm, Bakersfield, California. Bring a main dish and a salad or a main dish and something sweet! along with your own cups, plates, and silverware. All Visitors Are Welcome! Christmas Pot luck and Bingo Social The club Christmas Pot luck and Bingo Social held on the third Thursday of December is a lot of fun for all that attend. The Club supplies the turkey and you bring a main dish and salad or a main dish and something sweet. You will need to bring your own table service. The club will furnish milk, coffee, iced tea, rolls and spread. Serving starts at 6:30 P.M. at the Veterans Hall on the corner of Mt. Vernon Ave. and Ridge Road. (Club members please bring at least two gifts for the Bingo games) All Visitors Are Welcome! Club Pot-Luck and Auction Our annual fund raising Club Pot-Luck and Auction is a fun way to buy great material at a good price! Held on the third Thursday of June. Serving starts at 6:30 P.M. at the Veterans Hall on the corner of Mt. Vernon Ave. and Ridge Road. Bring a main dish and a salad or a main dish and something sweet! along with your own table service.
