This page is just about me and my family. My name is Sean Garland and I live in Northern California north of Yreka. I am a
computer technician at a local computer store. My main interests (besides computers) are wrenchin and wheelin. I live minutes away from the mountains and there are millions of trails and fire roads to
drive on most of the year. When the snow has fallen then we go up just a couple of roads to see how far we can get!
My most favorite rigs are Landcruisers. I like them all, any model shape and size, even the new ones. I own a 1974 FJ40 with
a rebuilt F motor. I have a very old, but very functional (I use it to get out of the snow when I cant make it any furthur) 6,000 lb Warn winch attached to the front bumper. My Toy only has 30X9.5" tires
on it now, but future plans call for a spring over, shackle reversal suspension system with 35īs or 36īs. I also want to put power steering on it and a full roll cage. Eventually I will probably put a
bowtie 350 in place of the F, but for now, the F with headers is okay. I would like to add better carburetion and intake.
My other rig which also is a daily driver is a 1974 Chevy Blazer. The `74 has the completely removable top. Right now it has
a very tired 350 in place which will be swapped out in the next 6 months for a more suitable 300 horsepower model. That will be the donor engine for the Cruiser later on in life. I only have 31X10.50īs
on it but hope to put on 33X12.50īs in the next year. I also will put a full cage in it too and a receiver hitch so I can toe my cruiser around.
