Cayette Apostol of Houston owns this beautiful 1997 Bowtie. Belltech provides the 4/6 drop with air shocks and a C-notch in the rear. The rolling stock consists of 17 inch Eagle 206's and 245/45/17 and 275/45/17 Comp TA rubber. Outside, the body has recieved some massaging. The body side moldings, fender trim and tailgate emblems have all been shaved. Under the hood rests a 350 ci V-8. This monster is helped along by a Hypertech Programmer Plus and a 160 degree stat. Another great truck!
This truck has major potential. This is Ernest's brand-spankin' new 99 Xtreme. No help was needed for the suspension as the Xtremes are factory lowered. Needless to say, this is a great truck without add-ons. Since Ernest bought this truck only 3 months ago, he has not had time to do much. He has added the cool Xtreme windshield sticker to the outside and a Kenwood head to help with the tunes. His plans for this truck are familiar: Flowmaster exhaust, AIRAID intake, tinted windows, and a stero upgrade. I'm sure there are more, as we all can never get enough. Ernest, you gotta send me pics when you add more stuff!
This is what you call, a "sleeper." No gaudy graphics are needed for this simply beautiful 95 C1500. Let me just say that there is more money put in this truck under the hood than many imports are worth. Ok, maybe not. Here we go: Mike has a full Ramair system, a performence shifter, Steelflex radiator and heater hoses. March polished performance pullies, Inlet Sytems and Outlaw Performance, Jacobs Ignition, Fastchip Stage II chip, 160 degree Thermostat, Electric fan conversion, Throttle body and injector spaces, JBA shorty Headers, Engine dress-up kit, some "Fleck Stone" painting, good looking wires, Center Bolt Spark Plug wire loom, and an Edelbrock cat-back. Man...that's more than I can write about my whole truck. On the outside, Mike has mildly dropped his ride with 2 inches shackles. The front has been dressed up with painted Street Scene mirrors, a chrome front bumper with billet inserts, a painted rear bumper, Black z-28 Exhaust tips, tinted windows and a set of TSW Kalahari 17x8 Rims with Eagle GTIIs 275/60/17's. The cab is nicely decorated with a Blaupunkt 6 disk Changer, a 4 channel Earthquake 560 W amp, Infinity 4x6's and a 6.5" Bazokka Sub. Wow. I think that's the most I have ever written about a truck. Thanks, Mike!
Here is Chris Keown's brand spanking new 99 S-10. I find this to be a work of art. To get the compact outta the clouds, a Belltech 4/5 drop was massaged into the suspension aided by KYB shocks. Those nice rollers are 17 inch Eagle 201's with 245/45/17 Falken rubber. The outside has been given a nice shave, as all of the emblems are gone. The only addition to the Vortec V-6 is a K&N air filter unit to give the engine some more air. Inside this little beast is a JVC head unit w/ a 12 CD changer. Helping the 4 Punch 12" subs are a Punch 400x4 ($$$) and a Punch 100x2. Also nestled into the system are various mids and highs and an Autotec crossover. This truck has found a home with Lesser Degree, a truck club in Houston, TX. Here is the link.
Here is a nice new 99 Chevy S-10 owned by Josh Ellis of Tennessee. This truck has a good start with the ZQ8 suspension and a bed cover. Josh hasn't really added anything, but they are on the way. Mods that are soon to come are a sunroof (right on!), dual exhaust and the Xtreme package is being put on in Elizabethton. Keep me posted on further developments!
This is Tristan Arthur's truck. It looks a lot like mine, only I wonder where he got that grille... Anyway, Tristan is a part of the Lesser Degree club, like Chris (whose truck is above). I want a part of some club action... This 97 S-10 Stepside is dropped 3/3 (like mine!) except Tristan uses coils (I use spindles/coils) and blocks. The drop is aided by KYB drop shocks. Tristan beat me out one inch on rims, he has 17 inch Billet Specialty Alien's and I have 16 inch wheels. He also beat me out in the engine department. Its a 4.3L V-6, but it is helped along by a custom exhaust, a K&N filter, and a Hypertech Programmer (wanna race?). Other exterior mods not mentioned are Dark window tint, Clear corners and tail lights, and a Billet antenna. Inside, the system boasts a Punch 100x2 Amp and a pair of 10's (JL audio). Tristan, like me does not plan on keeping this color. He wants to paint it a wild orange w/ custom graphics. Also, he plans to go for the full airbag system, and a full leather interior. What a cool truck.
