Welcome to Marilu Tan's New and Improved Home Page! In this site, we have
included tasteful photos which may be viewed by some as inappropriate. If
you are such a person, please leave now: there are lots of other sites on
the internet for you. If you are open minded: Welcome once again! We are
Malu's former dorm mates from the University of the Philippines (UP): Rosemarie,
Jessica, Lilibeth, Ling, and our webmaster/extraordinaire, Nonoy. Malu moved
to the US in search of bigger and better things. She closed her page on
Asian Avenue so it's no longer accessible. Malu is quite busy adjusting
to her new life in DC. But she does check her email regularly, so if you

. We miss her very much; she is loads of fun!
We have decided
to give her page a make over. In an effort to continue what she has started,
we are including other "Asian Godesses" we feel
are worth sharing. Hence, the new name for this site. We will be updating
this site, we're still getting photo submissions from friends and friends
of friends of friends, etc, so check often. As always, we'll be adding
more photos of Malu as we have them scanned. Enjoy, give us your feedback.
Hello.
My roomates asked me to write something short for my site. I have no idea
what they have in mind, or how they will use my text, but here goes. First,
I'd like to thank everybody who supported and helped me on Asian Avenue
(AA). Sorry I couldn't respond to all of you. Hopefully Lilibeth was able
to sign all your guestbooks for me. Thanks, Lil. I am now in Washington,
DC. The family who sponsored me is really great. I am taking some refresher
courses and hopefully I will be able to get in to nursing school by the
fall in GWU. I'll be really busy but I will be checking my email. The
family I'm staying with has AOL so I'll probably be getting an AOL account
soon. I will definitely let you know when I do. Good luck to all and Thankx
