I fabricated the front bumper on Mike's rail and gave him that front suspension for a wedding present in the spring of 2001. The steel beam is far stronger than his aluminium beam and it has shock towers!
This is a screen shot of a video that was shot at a rock quarry in the coast range near Mary's Peak. I have about 10 minutes of footage of me tearing it up, but i haven't driven the buggy since then (late september 2001)
