Susi and I just completed 12 week Body For Life Challenge, which is sponsored by

Our lives have been busy out here in Alice, and it seems every event is accompanied
by a sausage sizzle and beer. After a few years, it has started to show. So we
have decided to finally get motivated and change our lives for good! Below are our before pictures, taken April 2nd in our backyard. (The fact that we have the courage to even put these pictures on the WEB, where everyone can see them, shows our commitment!).
