We have taken a High Adventure trip every year. We have gone to Boundary Waters in Minnesota, Algonquin Park in Canada, and sailed a schooner off the Coast of Maine. Just to name a few.

| History of the Troop | ||||||
| Troop 406 was started in 1933. Mr. Schapel has been our scoutmaster for 10 years. 39 Eagle Scouts have come out of our troop. There are 25 scouts in our troop right now. Our troop meets every Tuesday at 7:30 at The Sacred Heart church. We try to camp at least once a month. We are sponsored by Sacred Heart church, Rev. Joseph Labak, pastor. Our assistant scoutmasters are Ray Herbst and Dennis Roth. Our committee members are Bob Witschey, Pat Ryan, Tom Hishinger, Andy Hudak, Bob Caskey, Scott Baldwin, and Joe Wander.
