Welcome! I'm Kat Collins and I've been singin', cryin', moanin' and CELEBRATIN' the blues ever since I was born!
I've been a booking agent for blues bands in Nashville for several years...(yes Virginia, there is 'da blues' in Nashville)!! I'm a member of the Music City Blues Society and the American Kennel Club (Well, okay - Ringo, my Boxer is a member). I've been privileged to meet, work and/or just hang out with the likes of Gregg Allman, Warren Haynes, Allen Woody (Allman Brother Band), Artimus Pyle (Lynyrd Skynyrd), Jimmy Hall (Wet Willie), Bobby Keys (Rolling Stones), Jimmy Nalls (Dr. John's Band), Donny Winn (Robert Palmer Band), The Bama |

We are blessed to have a dynamic and rich music base, therefore many blues artists make Nashville their home. Nashville is standing up and taking notice of the blues of late, thanks going to the Music City Blues Society, its friends and members. Mayor Phil Bredison is proclaimed February 9th through February 15th as Music City Blues Week. The Blues Society helped with "Blues in the Schools" program and the Blues Extravaganza to raise money for public schools was a big success... and LOADS OF FUN! I'm glad you got a chance to stop by.
