MY Favorite Diet New Mayo plan Diet
In 2 1/2 months, you should lose 52 pounds
Drink eight 8 oz glasses of water daily.
At Breakfast :
1/2 grapefruit or 8oz. juice (unsweetened). One or the other.
2 eggs any style
2 slices of bacon
At Lunch :
1/2 grapefruit or 8oz. juice (unsweetened). One or the other.
Salad, any dressing
meat, any style (including chicken) any amount
At Dinner :
1/2 grapefruit or 8oz. juice (unsweetened). One or the other.
meat, any style (including chicken) any amount
fish may be substituted vegetables, any green or red (cooked in butter
or any seasonings)
or salad as above. Coffee or tea - 1 cup
Bedtime Snack :
8 oz glass of tomato juice or skim milk.
Instructions
1. At any meal you may eat until you are full, until you cannot eat anymore. You
must eat the minimum listed
at each meal.
2. Don't eliminate anything from the diet, especially don't skip the bacon at
breakfast or omit salads. It is the
combination of foods that burn fat.
3. The grapefruit is important because it acts as a catalyst that starts the
burning process. Don't add
grapefruit or juice.
4. Cut down on coffee, it affects the insulin balance that hinders the burning
process. Try to limit 1 cup at
meal time.
5. Don't eat between meals, If you eat the combination of foods suggested you
will not get hungry.
6. The diet completely eliminated sugars and starches which are lipids and form
fat. Fat does not form
it helps burn it, so you can fry food in butter and use butter
generously on vegetables.
7. Do not eat desserts, breads, and white vegetables or sweet potatoes. You may
double or triple helpings
of meat, salad or vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed. The more you eat
the more weight you will lose.
8. You can lose 10 lbs in 10 days. There may be no weight loss the first 4 days,
you will lose 5 lbs on the
5th day. You will then lose 1 and 1/2 lbs every 2 days until you are where
you want to be.
9. Drink eight 8oz. glasses of water every day. 1/2 gallon.

White onions, Potatoes, Celery, Peas, Cereal, Corn, Starchy vegetables, Potato
chips, Peanut butter,
Pasta, Corn chips, jelly or jam, Sweet pickles, Pretzels, or FRUIT
Low-fat/fat free or diet dressings
YOU MAY HAVE
Red onions, Bell peppers, Radishes, Broccoli, Cucumbers, Carrots, Green Onions,
Leaf Spinach,
Cabbage, Tomatoes, Green Beans, Lettuce, Chili no BEANS, Mayonnaise, ANY
Cheese, Hot dogs,
Cole slaws, Reg Salad Dressing, Green vegetables, 1 tsp Dried nuts, Dill or
Bread/Butter Pickles
