Help Cyan Through Her Identity Crisis
Thousands of people don't even know what cyan is!
Cyan is a color, which looks like this. No,
that's not "sky blue", "bright blue", "baby blue", "aqua", "blue", or
even "green". That is cyan, and she is
sick and tired of being confused with other colors. Cyan
demands to be known!

What can I do to help?
You can become a cyanite -- a person who believes that the color cyan should
be called cyan and nothing else. (Not to be confused with cyanide, which
is an exceptionally lethal toxin.)
How do I become a cyanite?
Simply place your right hand on the mouse and recite the following pledge:
I, <insert name here>, do hereby promise to refer to the color cyan
by that, its one and only true name, and will, upon encountering persons
whom incorrectly state her name, explain what she is truly called and insist
that she be reffered to as cyan.
How can I show my appreciation for cyan?
By joining the Cyan Ribbon Campaign. Wear
a cyan ribbon on special occasions, in public, or all the time -- whenever
the spirit moves you. Or you can put a cyan ribbon, such as the one shown below,
on your home page and link it to this page, to show the world that you support the
color cyan. (SHIFT-click the image to download it; please don't use this address
for the image, but download it and put it in your own directory instead.)
But how could I make a difference?
Oh, but you can! If cyanites like you and I spread the word to the far
corners of the earth, we can enlighten the misinformed and truly make this
planet a better, safer, happier place for the color cyan.
