Manager; Network Products Quality Assurance (NPQA)

Created a Quality Assurance department to test network services offered at co-location facilities across the county.
Personally developed the NPQA test lab through identification of IP based testing equipment to simulate real world high bandwidth usage conditions, and installation of the numerous routers, switches, hubs, and server systems needed to simulate a multiple customer co-location environment.
Created automatic testing procedures using the Netcom Smartbits™ series of network testing equipment.
Configured Cisco and Bay Networks routers and switches for uses ranging from simple network routing to multi-homed, broadband provisioning for 100+ client systems in a co-location environment utilizing T1, T3, OC-3, and OC-12 connections to Tier-1 providers.
