Paul Cassel has been working with small computers since the late 1970s. His interest in Microsoft Windows dates back to the first release in the mid-1980s. By 1991, he was developing programs for Windows and consulting with clients about the then revolutionary operating system. He has worked with Microsoft's development teams on many projects since then, including Windows for Workgroups,Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT, and many application programs. He has won numerousMVP awards from Microsoft and similar awards and recognition from other software companies.
Michael Hart is a consultant with over twenty years of computer experience. He has served in all sizes of Information Systems departments--from as small as one member to as large as a multinational organization of hundreds. Michael has held positions ranging from field engineer to client/server systems developer to systems manager. Michael has been involved with the deployment and management of Windows-based systems since the release of Windows/386. In his spare time, Michael enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife Diana, daughter Jaimie, and their two dogs Aladdin and Mitzvah.
