We
are a full service PC Service Facility. We offer in-house service, on-site
service, networking, data recovery, software, hardware, printers, printer
repair, sales, service, general repairs, upgrades, consulting, installation,
custom built PCs, fire wire, USB, accessories, memory, and much more! We
service all brands. We service clients from home end user to nation wide
corporations. No job is too big or small.
In-house
Service-
Is your computer freezing or crashing?
Does it not video up? Then bring it in and we will fix it!
All computers come with a minimum charge of $47.00 for an
estimate applied to repair, that is a half hour of our time.
If the job requires any additional time or parts, we will
give you a call with an price. Our typical turn around time
is one to Two days, depending on our work load. We understand
that for some of you, your computer is your life and without
it, you cannot make money. We have shortest turn around time
out there and we pride ourselves on fixing it right the first
time.
When
you come to pick up your computer, we will turn on the computer
and verify with you that everything that needs to be working
is. Any question that you may have about your computer may
be answered at this time. You can also call any time with
questions and talk to one of our technicians.
On-site
Service-
Is
your computer freezing or crashing? Can't connect to the internet? Have
a new machine and not sure how to set it up? Don't want to undo all those
cables and hall your computer in? Then our on-site service is what you
need!
Have more than one computer? Want your PC networked? Need your home
or office set up on the internet? Want to share a printer between computers?
Then our on-site networkoing service is for you!
Have one of our expert technicians come to your home or office and get
you all set up and ready to go? Our technicians will arrive in one of our
NEP1 computer vans. They will have the most commonly used computer components
in their computer store on wheels to get you back and running as soon as
possible!
Data
Recovery-
Did your hard drive crash? Floppy or zip go bad? Then use our expert data
recovery methods. Step 1: If no mechanical problems present, try our in-house
data recovery service which is $95.00 (1 hr labor). Step 2: If that does
not work, then we need to send it out to our "clean room facility". This
service is $300 for a hardware estimate apllied towards the total cost
of repair (Step 1. is credited to step 2). Standard turn around time is
4-10 business days. Priority Data Recovery is available for a 1-2 day turn
around time, upon request*. *An extra service fee will be charged for expedited
service.
Printer
Repair- We fix most Laser printers.
Printer Repair is $47.00 for estimate which includes a full cleaning of
the printer. A result of cleaning the printer is a fixed printer 50% of
the time. *If parts are required we will call you with the price. |
