Hey Tina!

I don't know how we kept missing each other - I went online as much as I could!! I couldn't get on much Saturday night, though, because of CYC.
8o( That's prolly when you were on. 8o(

On saturday evening the CYC went out before our meeting to pamphlet the area around our house. We only did about half an hours worth, and hopefully next weekend we can do a little more! 8o) It was nice, because, although it was a bit crisp, it didn't get too dark while we were out there and there wasn't much traffic at the time that we went.

I can't beleive Warm Beach is only a weekend away! I hope I get everything prepared before then! My mom and I are going shopping at Costco today. Hopefully I'll be able to buy all the supplies that I need.

What do you think about all the anthrax cases that are coming down like the pianos in cartoons? I was talking to someone, and apparantly these cases have come on out of the blue - the last recorded case was in 1973! Now there are 5 known cases. All the cases have been targeted at people who are well-known or have media accesses - interesting, eh? If these cases are related (which they seem to be!) then the people behind it definatly want the hype that the media is creating!
"There will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth dismay among nations, in perplexity at the roaring of the sea and the waves, men fainting from fear and the expectation of the things which are coming upon the world; for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Then they will see THE SON OF MAN COMING IN A CLOUD with power and great glory. But when these things begin to take place, straighten up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near." (Luke 21:25-28)

I made my own recipe yesterday - it was fun! I melted butter (1/2 cup), butterscotch chips (about 2.5 cups), banana puree (two medium bananas) and peanut butter (1/2 cup) together and then mixed in some nuts and mini marshmallows (about 3 cups)! (don't let the marchies melt) I then poured the mixture into a pan and put it into the fridge. It came out really well, acctually. Kind of like banana flavored soft fudge. Tastes fantastic! I think what I will do, though, is next time I'll make a graham cracker crust for it!

Yesterday my father, uncle Larry (the cooper kid's dad) and I worked on the presentation for the seminar. We also brainstormed a bit for advertising for next time. I'm so glad that it's going forward so nicely! I pray that it works out well.

About wink...well, lol...ok, all the girls have to sit down on chairs in a circle. There is one chair that is empty. Guys will then stand behind them, with thier head down, except for the guy who has the empty chair in front of them. That guy will then wink at any girl. THat girl must then try to get from her chair to the empty chair. The guy that is standing behind her hair must try to stop her, i.e. he must grab her before she runs off. If she succeeds, then he must wink at another girl. If she doesn't get away, then the first guy has to try again, and so on. After a while, the guys switch with the girls and then the girls get to wink...

Anyways, until we can talk online, please write me soon!

Lovies, Namsie
