Thank you Nyanna. Vipassana meditation became a center of my life and I am very happy for that. With continued practice, Zen and other studies I have done is now better integrated. I would appreciate it very much if you can share your experience at the club PLM or Vipassa a meditators' forum. I will keep posting the notes to share my experiences there. Of course, everybody is most welcome.
