1999 - a group of indivduals decided to take possession
of the premises that was formally occupied the the Ada Model
Railroad Assoc. and the paper work was therefore filed with the
Secratary of State for incorportation of the Pittsburgh and Ohio
Northern Railroad club. Also the paper work was filed with the
Internal Revenue Service for a tax id number.
Febuary 13, 1999 - On this date the Pittsburgh
and Ohio Northern Railroad Club officially was recognized as a
non-profit organization. It's officers are Ernie Sponsler -
President, Clarence Shulawf - Vice-President, Cass Telles -
Secretary, Ron Telles - Treasurer, Rich Goodin - Sergeant at
Arms.
