Smash the nut repeatedly against a sharp rock

and again...

and again.......

Try to make cuts from end to end

After a while, try to tear of pieces og the outer layer

First piece is the hardest...

Remove all of the outer layer

You now have a small hard core

Crack it like an egg

A very hard egg....

And open carefully, not spilling the milk

Voilá

Another taste of fresh jungle survival!
