	Meetings The Club meets at the St Kilda Community Club Rooms in Victoria Road (across from the Stadium Store)
	Monthly Meeting This meeting is held on the last Thursday of the month and provides the more formal setting for club business. The Agenda traditionally covers : Club business (i.e. show / display planning, events updates) Club Purchases Club approvals Show and Tell - often based on a theme for the night The Hall is open by 7:45pm. Annual General Meeting The AGM is traditional held as part of the November Meeting and is advertised prior to the event on our Yahoo Group and in the club’s newsletter “Scalemail”.		Building Evenings Most Thursday evenings a number of the club members meet at the St Kilda Community Gallery and while away a few hours working on their latest projects. This is a excellent to seek advice from fellow modellers and also observe the methods and techniques they use. The hall is opened between 7:30 and 7:45pm with the evening winding down about 9:30pm with a cup of coffee. There is no Monthly Meeting in December and the building evenings are changed according to the fall of Christmas.
