I learned chess at the age of 6, but unfortunately couldn't discover the treasure on the board then. I started to play chess regularly at 13, mostly against my friend Murat and nearly played thousands (!) of games with him.
I have been competing in tournaments for 8 years. Computers, chess, jazz and sports are my favourite subjects. I'm studying Electrical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and about to finish my undergraduate course in a short time.
