- A few pictures of our household,Bob,Terrie and Techs,plus a few members of our family that dont live with us, Jon,(Jen and Leroy),and the kids.Lots of kids! Jon helped create our site before joining the Navy so he gets to be the "J" in JBT. Techs just stood there and watched, he's lucky I even used his picture !

- Our Search for Extra Terrestrial Intelligence.There doesn't seem to be much intelligence on Earth these days, but that is no reason to think that it can't exist elsewhere. This page also has links to subsections where you can find ideas about looking for ET. Techs thinks we should be looking for Machine Intelligence, because as he says, "machines are obviously superior to biological forms and are destined to take over the universe." Yeh, just like HE took over our dining room.

- There was a time when looking for ET was considered "fringe science". Times have changed. Now days the SETI community is about as conservative as it is possible to get, they are no fun anymore. They all "know" how to do it, in spite of the fact that none of them has ever done it! We are looking for new and interesting ideas.We encourage our guests to post them here and respond to the ideas that others have posted.Lets make it fun again, OK ??

- Techs is our household robot.He walks,he talks,he jestures,he makes almost no sense at all,and he can be a little egotistical at times,(see SETI above),but we like him anyway.

- Most of our family news is not fit to print in ordinary news papers. On any given day one of us might be harassing public officials, skydiving, giving birth, ramming barges with a US Navy vessel, building a clinic in some third world country or just acting kind of goofy. Overall we have a hard time keeping up with each other.This is just our effort to keep in touch.Most of the content is inside jokes.

- We have lots of pictures! We have pictures of construction projects in various jungles, children of the third world, a few Mayan ruins, a bit of rain forest in Guatemala, and lots of pictures of Terrie. I like taking pictures of Terrie.
