Welcome to the EuroDirect
Italia pilot report page. Eurodirect Italia now utilises a
specifically designed program in order to complile flight reports.
The program has been developed by Jens Gesing, the German
Market Consultant for the CE Division and is used only with
Eurodirect flights. You can download this program from here.
Once the form has been completed, a notepad txt document
will be created with all the information presented clearly. An
example of this is shown below. This document should then be mailed
to the Division Director for processing.
The following rules apply. Please read
through them carefully and then submit the report.
- Pilots shall filll one
form for each flight
- Although the
assignments are sent out weekly there are no weekly deadlines for
sending reports. The only restriction is that you file a report at
least once a month;
- When filling the "Block
and Flight Time" fields, please use hours and minutes, rounding
the minutes up to the nearest 5, eg 5 hours 25 minutes.
- When you fly
extra-assignments, flights out of other Hubs or code-shared
flights with our partner airlines in the GASC or in the Mid-Med
Alliance, please specify it in the comments field

Feel free to write
whatever you want. The management encourages all the pilots to
exchange ideas with the staff.
