The Catskills Astronomy Club will be holding observing sessions in Walnut Mountain Park in Liberty, NY.

Go North on Rt-17, to exit at 100A.

At the end of the exit ramp go left.

This is Rt-55 West (stay on Rt-55 West all the way to Walnut Mountain Park).

Go underneath Rt-17, past the State Police barracks on your left, to a stop light (accumulated distance from exit ramp 0.5 miles).

Take the second right (or if you are a lefty, the second left) up the hill (keep the gas station to your right), still on Rt-55, go to the second stop light (accumulated distance 0.7 miles).

Make a left. Up another hill. Keep with Rt-55. As you go up the hill it will bear to the right. As you get around the turn (small engine repair shop on the right) you will come to a "Y". Bear left. Stay on Rt-55 West to Walnut Mountain Drive (Pearson Park) (accumulated distance 1.8 miles) .

Make a right on Walnut Mt. Dr. and go 0.2 miles to park gate (total accumulated distance from exit ramp 2.0 miles).
