Forward One Touch Pass

Form two lines of players each line facing the other line.  Put two players in the middle offset as in the diagram.  Use one ball.  The first player of one line passes to one of the offset middle players and begins to jog to the position of the player that he passed to, the offset player.  The pass reciever  one touch passes the ball to the first man of the opposite line and follows the dashed line to the end of that line. This diagram shows a clockwise rotation that will work the left foot.  Counterclockwise rotation will work the right foot.  Run the drill so that each player touches the ball 10 times with each foot.
