Follow the steps as below: Steam cook the shark meat. Drain the water. Remove the sandy skin very carefully so that it doesn't contaminate the food (otherwise your original teeth will come to a 'grinding' halt!). Remove the bones as well. Squash the meat by hand (once the heat is bearable!). Drain the water. Peeled/sliced Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Green/Red Chilli (as much as you desire!) and some turmeric powder. Fry the above four to fine tarnish in one spoon of olive oil in the fry pan. Sprinkle a pinch of turmeric powder. Dump the meat and stir for some time. Don't fry too much since its already soft. Waiting to eat depends upon your patience. add salt to taste Enjoy the good taste and a shark fun. Regards, Bagula
