FVAS - OBSERVATORY CONSTRUCTION
FUND RAISER



The Fraser Valley Astronomers Society , is a non-profit organization. THAT NEEDS YOUR HELP! It is our intention to build an Observatory here in the Fraser Valley so that school children, Boy's Groups, Girl's Groups, the general public and other Amatuer Astronomers can come and visit with us at the site. It is our hope to eventually build and OBSERVATORY, CLASS ROOM, THEATER and LECTURE HALL. For every DONATED PLEDGE, that Person's name will be added to a plaque, as a contributor to the construction of the Observatory and displayed in the Foyer of the Observatory upon completion. A receipt will be sent, in acknowledgement of your contribution. Donations to this fund raiser start at a suggested 10 dollars and up! We thankyou from the bottom of our hearts, and wish you all Clear Skys!!!

The Fraser Valley Astronomers Charter, is to provide through education an understanding of the Universe around us. Upon invitations from local schools the Fraser Valley Astronomers Society has provided the local school system as well as Home Schooled Children, many hours of talks and demonstrations to children of all ages throughout the Fraser Valley of British Columbia. This Web Site in itself, is designed with the thought in mind that the local area school children as well as parents will have a place to come and find out as much information as possible, with regards to the Planets, Stars, Galaxies and the Universe.
