Welcome to the new Optimized For WebTV WebRing. I know that I have not been keeping this site updated and the major reason is because I have started using a computer to surf the net. I know this isn't a very good excuse, but c'est la vie. Anyway, I have decided to make this webring what I like to call a "Self-Governing Webring". This meaning that current members of the webring will serve as representatives. They will add all of the new members of this webring. I personally think this is a good idea. It is easier for you and way easier for me as well.
