This site is primarily directed at anyone who is interested in the concept of time travel. If you happen to be someone who is able to perceive the past at any given time and location then, as you will see, this site has a special request to make of you - an invitation to become part of an experiment in time perception that I have begun. If you are not such a person then you can still have a role to play in the experiment - you can let others know about it. This is also an important function.
