Congratulations to the Dept of Applied Maths at NUST (National University of Science and Technology, Bulawayo) for successfully launching the Zimbabwe Association for Applied Mathematics (ZAAM) in 1996, and producing a quarterly ZAAM Newsletter, which looks like developing into a very useful organ of communication.
