    Sent to various assignments for my administrative and computer skills. These assignments include:
    2/98-Present. BMW of North America, Jersey City, NJ,
    Here I serve as an Administrative Coordinator to the site manager with a secondary classification as the training coordinator for the facility. My main duties include assisting all the supervisors and managers in the facility to reach their objectives. To accomplish this I was charged with the creation and maintenance of an employee database to track and analyze employee performance on a daily basis. Aside from this I am also often asked to create various forms and reports through the use of office and graphics suites. Under my secondary classification as a training coordinator, I am required to schedule and ensure that all employees meet the training standards set by BMW headquarters. This scheduling is accomplished through the company's own intranet. In addition to the scheduling, I have also been asked to teach employees on the basic operation of computers and the use of Excel and Word. Aside from my job classifications, I have assigned to forecast and track vehicle shipments into our facility, to ensure that vehicles arrive and are processed in a timely manner for our customers. Finally due to my technical abilities, I was asked to assist in the troubleshooting and repair of computer-system failures within the facility. This duty included setting up mail accounts and connecting new PC's to BMW's mainframe system.
    9/97-2/98. Inchcape Shipping Services. Jersey City, NJ,
    Here I was placed in charge of the installation of an inventory database program at various offices in the United States. The installation was accomplished through the use of PC anywhere, which allowed for remote installations from the home office. I was also called upon to fix and diagnose PC hardware problems when they occurred. Finally I also served as a tutor to employees so they could learn how to use various office suites as well as Windows 95.

1/96 - 5/97. University of Medicine and Dentistry. Newark, NJ. Examination assistant.
    In charge of testing and evaluating medical students in their patient relations abilities. This consisted of posing either as a Hispanic patient or as a translator, in order to asses their abilities and progress in their medical studies.

6/95 - 11/96. Summit Security Services. Hackensack, NJ Security Officer/
    Customer Relations Representative. In charge of providing security services for The Record in Hackensack and Medical Economics in Montvale. Also provided customer service, during off hours.

Computer Skills:
    FORTRAN, Pascal, Basic, Word, Spreadsheets, Power point, Spss, Windows (3.1/95/98) and DOS. Experience writing for the internet through HTML.

Other Skills:
    Extensive writing for college courses in the STS curriculum. Main emphasis given to Senior project, which consisted of a 50 page research paper on Transportation Alternatives for the Bergen County Region of NJ. Much of the research for this project was conducted through the internet. Am able to speak and write fluently in Spanish.
