My name is Tom Thompson. I was raised in Texas and graduated from High School in 1967. I served in the U.S. Navy for four years in the United States and Vietnam. After receiving an Honorable Discharge from the Navy, I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree from Sam Houston State University. After teaching for a year, I started my 25 year career in the high tech electronics industry where I had the wonderful opportunity to travel and work in Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Philippines, Germany, France, Holland and Sweden. I will always remember and cherish the friends that I have made in the US and foreign countries. I am single, 55 years young and live on a small ranch in Texas. Along with cattle and stocked fishing ponds, I have a hanger and private airstrip for ultralight airplanes on the ranch. I enjoy the quiet county environment where I can relax and play with my toys. |
