This web site was created 11 Feb 2001 to promote weather communication and provide examples for OSMV Weather Specialists. Last updated: 16 Mar 2001 Links to messages are listed by subject, as either .txt or .doc files. The .txt files are formatted for MS Word/Wordpad, usually in the same indented style as the messages were originally posted by the bulletin board.
