Clear Free Mem for Usgard zeroes the free memory, located between the user memory, which contains variable data, and teh VAT (variable allocation table). It is useful for examining the RAM with a viewer or editor, such as Memory Editor, because the free memory is all cleared. Normally, the free memory is filled with temporary data and the remnants of deleted variables, and it is difficult to tell whether a certain part of memory is old junk, or current data. Clear Free Mem solves this problem.
