What are the economic limitations of research and exploration? Resources? Money?
Are RESOUCES and MONEY the same thing?
I have heared all types of discussions as to the limited money and respources for space exploration. Sure, there are limits - But - money is an abstract idea really, and there have been times in this century where attempts were made to thing the United States could not afford. The best example was World War II, which provides us with a case study of money Vs. resource limitations. We had the resources, and the mission succeeded.
