Pepperoni Omelet

I made a pepperoni omelet, and it was good! Just a dab of oil heating in the pan, just enough so it won't stick. Two eggs and milk into the bowl. 10 slices of pepperoni, torn into smaller pieces and thrown in there too, and mix it up! Pour it in the pan. Bury that bad boy in shredded sharp cheddar!

Mmm-mm! Dems wondermous, I ga-ron-tee!!

Low carb and the pepperoni gives it a little zip. So it's ironic that I'm quoting Chef Justin Wilson there, because I say "zip" from the perspective of one who doesn't really like what you'd call "spicy" foods... Like Cajun, real Cajun anyway. Yeah, also I learned the hard way that I don't really like Mexican food either, but that's another story.
