How can Adstream companies afford to pay you to do what you're already doing?
The answer is simple, the same way your TV is free, and a newspaper only costs $0.50. When you run an adstream company's viewbar you're looking at ads. Companies pay good money to show you their ads. The difference between TV and Pay To Surf is that adstreams take this money, and pay you only some of it, they keep the rest for themselves. This works out to be win-win for both you -- the surfer -- and the adstream company.
And there are ways to make even more money! Adstream programs pay you even more money if you sign your friends up. Once you sign up you'll be given a member ID or referral ID, different companies call them different things. If new members list your ID as the person who told them about that company they will be your referral. Those who list you as the member who told them are your DIRECT referrals; those who list your direct referrals as the member who told them are called your INDIRECT referrals. Most companies continue this down several levels, this site shows each companies levels of referrals in the description of that program. It's good to get referrals because companies pay you a for the hours your referrals surf. For example, this is AllAdvantage's referral structure:
