I have held a commercial licence for many years and rarely make mistakes. The original logs are also very carefully checked prior to digitising for the QSL manager. It's not my intention to spoil anyone's day, so if you receive "Not In Log" and you are pretty certain that you had a valid contact, then please email me with full details. I will then check the original log in case of a typo or other mistake and will advise accordingly.
