1) You are not in the log. The eQSL site is essentially an on-line log book that also allows you to download & print out a QSL card.
2) You might be in the original paper log, but due to an error are not in the eQSL on-line log.
To check that the download process is working properly, you can print out a SAMPLE card. To do this,
a) Go to http://www.eQSL.cc/qslcard
b) Click on "Retrieve eQSL"
c) Type the following information into the relevant fields:
YOUR CALLSIGN: SA1MPLE
OTHER STATION: VK0LD
YEAR: 1970 (Note that VKØLD was not active during 1970)
MONTH: January
DAY: 1
BAND: SAT T (Note there are no real VKØLD contacts via satellite)
If the SA1MPLE card downloads OK, but your callsign does not, the chances are that you are not in the log. However if you are pretty certain that you should be, then send me an email & I will double check both the original and the eQSL logs in case of an error.
